Q: Are all your products are in stock?
A: Most of the products are in stock, especially for all kinds of cable glands, vent plugs, nylon corrugated tubings/ conduits and fittings. If the purchase quantity required is large, please contact us about the delivery date.
Q: What are your payment terms?
Normally the following 3 payment terms are acceptable.
1. For small order: we will request T/T payment for full amount in advance.
2. Order value more than US$10,000: 50% deposit by T/T, balance payment T/T before shipment.
3. Order value more than US$ 20,000: 30% deposit by T/T, balance payment T/T before shipment.
Q: How about free samples?
A: For our future cooperation, free samples are available in our factory. And you only need to pay for the freight. Any express based on your requirements, like FedEx, UPS, DHL and TNT,etc. Before make sure the samples, we’ll offer you a quotes contain the lowest express for your selection.
